Founded in 2016, Landmax Group is led by a talented and high-performing senior team, whose previous roles include CEO, CFO and GM for multi-billion-dollar property development and investment companies. With over two and a half decades of experience leading property investment and development for Australian and global organisations, Wayne is a versatile and dedicated leader who consistently delivers organisational growth.
Armed with a strategic focus, he is well-versed in enterprise-wide resource planning, corporate start-ups, strategic investment, risk management, commercial negotiations, corporate finance, complex bids, asset investment, and management.
Beyond his professional capabilities, Wayne is well-respected in the property industry for his entrepreneurial spirit and visionary perspective. He holds a degree in Property Economics from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as being a member of several professional organisations in the industry.
Through his dedication to excellence and visionary leadership, Wayne has enabled Landmax Group to deliver high-quality results that exceed customer expectations, all while maintaining a commitment to sustainability and environmental best practices.
